Details:长城类别：单体建筑 经纬高度：东经：115° 16′ 北纬：41° 02′ 海拔：1785.70 建筑形式：烽火台位于红旗营乡沟掌村东南约3千米、二十里营村东北约2千米、白旗乡下窝铺村西山体制高点处，东南约20米为沟掌烽火台4。 此烽火台远看圆堆状，北边残高约2米，南边高约70厘米。烽火台原基础除东边不清外，其它三边残存基一、二层，基高约20厘米，西边长约7.2米，北边长约7.5米，南边长约7.1米。由残存情况分析，此烽火台原平面应为方形，剖面为梯形。毛石干插而成。平面为矩形，剖面呈梯形。 材料： 附近遗存：沟掌长城从此烽火台北约68米由北转向西，其西北约1.6千米有沟掌烽火台2（原编号为烽火台12），东南约20米为沟掌烽火台4（原编号为烽火台15）。
